The RMA Process – Four Easy Steps How to create an RMA for your item: 1. Your must contact us first via email before your return is approved. Contact us through email CyberDoctormd@yahoo.com for tech support and RMA approval. Include your original Order number and details regarding the nature of the issue you are experiencing. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA. 2. Once you have contacted us and your RMA is approved, you can now create an RMA ticket for your item. 3. Please include in the return package a sheet of paper (preferably in print) with:
- Your original order number
- The nature of the issue you are experiencing
- Any supportive information from the email conversation with us, which can greatly facilitate our troubleshooting and repair process.
Warranty for (Mail in Repair) You are eligible to free repair(s) for the same problem within 60 days, only return shipping fee is covered. All repairs are non refundable once we receive your broken devices and finished the repair then shipping it back to you. Once we are committed to part cost and repair labor cost all repairs are not refundable. You can cancel the repair for full refund at any time before you mail out your item to us for repair.
