Changing the Battery and Dock Connector won’t work.

This issue is caused when a VCC controller and 2 fuses on the logic board is burnt out.  It acts like a fuse for the PMU.

We now sell the VCC controller, which is the IC to change if the two fuses don’t fix your problem.

This is the exact same orginal part Apple use.

With a some soldering skill and some time you can repair your IPhone

Change this IC and the two fuses (in our other listing)  and often your iPhone works.
